3. Max Tokens & Upgrades

Avalon offers a premium virtual token economy known as **Max Tokens** and subscription plans for upgrading your account to "Max" status. The following policies apply:

• Virtual Items Only: Max Tokens are virtual digital assets used exclusively within the platform. They hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and cannot be traded outside the site.
• Exploitation & Botting: Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or using automated scripts (bots) to generate tokens artificially is strictly forbidden. Any violation will result in immediate token forfeiture and permanent account termination.
• Subscriptions: Max upgrades provide users with monthly token allowances and status bonuses. Subscription usage rules are subject to platform updates.

4. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All software, design architectures, branding assets, and custom codes on Avalon are the exclusive property of the platform. You are granted a limited license to browse the platform for personal, non-commercial use. Automated scraping or hotlinking is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these terms, commit fraud, or engage in actions harmful to other users. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
