1. Nature of Digital Virtual Services
All acquisitions completed on the Avalon platform, including **Max Tokens** bundles and Max subscription upgrades, represent virtual digital products consumed and delivered immediately upon payment verification. Consequently, **all purchases are final and non-refundable**.
2. Processing Technical Failures
If you experience a technical failure (e.g., your bank is billed but your Max Tokens are not successfully credited to your profile), please do not file a dispute with your financial institution. Instead, contact our support team immediately at:support@aavalon.netProvide your payment receipt and account details, and we will manually credit your balance as soon as verified.
3. Fraudulent Refund Requests (Chargebacks)
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute is a direct breach of our Terms of Service. Such actions will result in **immediate and permanent suspension of your user profile**, forfeiture of your entire Max Tokens balance, and a ban from all associated services, including our Discord server.
4. Price & Package Modulations
Avalon reserves the right to modulate pricing structures or token package quotas at any time. Price adjustments do not authorize previous buyers to claim retro-active refunds or price matches for purchases made before the pricing updates.
