Maintenance and Repairs
Management staff reviews all tenant service requests and on-site inspection reports prior to authorizing a work order. The exception would be an emergency repair that would be handled in such a manner as to minimize the damage to the property and the tenant. The Management Company and owner should agree in advance what type of repairs and the amount of funds to be spent without prior authorization. Our goal is for the property owner to have the most profitable operation while maintaining the property in the best possible condition at all times.

Avalon Property Management, Inc.
contracts with General Contractors, Handymen, Electricians, Paint Contractors, Plumbers, Locksmiths, and Gardeners for all general repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, lock, and key. All vendors have general liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance.

The prompt and efficient care of the building and grounds is necessary for attracting and retaining quality tenants.
