Linda Yeto Metzger

President / Property Manager

Linda Yeto Metzger's responsibilities include supervision of all daily operations for Avalon Property Management, Inc. Ms. Metzger has had a comprehensive background in accounting, computers, and real estate property management over the last 20 years. Ms. Metzger is also responsible for installing and setting up new accounting and computer procedures for a variety of properties, including multi-family, mobile home park, commercial office, and retail spaces. In addition, Ms. Metzger provides computer training and support for all personnel. Linda Yeto Metzger began her career in property management in 1978, became licensed in 1980, and presently holds a California Real Estate Brokers license. Ms. Metzger is also a Property Manager handling a portfolio of properties including industrial and commercial properties. Ms. Metzger is an active member in the Soroptimist International Club of Oxnard and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Oxnard Trade Club. She is active in the Neighborhood Watch programs and the Police Activity League.
